刀工説明Description

Sword forged by “Kanemoto” towards the late Muromachi period (AC 1450~).
At first glance you can recognize the "sugata" (shape) typical of this period, and the "Sanbonsugi" style hamon that characterizes Kanemoto's works.
The "Shirasaya” bears the characters “MinoKoku Magoroku Kanemoto” written by the famous Dr. Kanzan Sensei.
Satō Kanzan (1907-1978) was considered one of the greatest experts of the Japanese sword.
The habaki is made in "Kingise" style (Gold leaf金着せ) and is well finished.
