刀工説明Description

This blade was forged towards the end of the Edo Period by Naomasa, a disciple of the famous master "Taikei Naotane".
This sword is in good condition and extremely well made.
Is possible see the distinctive “Gunome-midare” hamon pattern and characteristics seen in many of the works of Naomasa and his master Naotane.

Fuchi-kashira are signed by “Goto Seijo”(清乗)
and represent a dragon among the sea waves.
Also menuki is probably a work of the Goto family.

Tsuba is signed by "Jakushi" (若芝) a craftsmen active since the early Edo period in the Hizen and Higo area.
Also the Tsuba represents a dragon.

How about a sword that has been painstakingly forged by the disciple of Naotane in a beautiful koshirae?
